Introducing SpinTrack
For the last year I’ve been building the thing every Mac-based broadcaster I know has been quietly begging for.
Serious radio automation has been a Windows world for a long time. Ask your Production guys — they’re on Macs. But when it’s time to run the station, the options have been Parallels or a second machine in the rack you resent. I went looking for a broadcast system built natively for the Mac, couldn’t find one that fit, and built it.
SpinTrack is full broadcast automation built natively for macOS — a complete radio station on a Mac mini. No Windows box, no VM, no second machine.
What’s in it: * CHART, an AI music scheduler that builds proportional artist rotation and natural hour flow instead of bolting separation rules onto a shuffle *Live assist with a real cart wall and hot-key triggering, or fully unattended 24/7 *Remote voice tracking — DJs record against the exact intro/outro they’ll air over, from anywhere…in a browser (no extra software) *A built-in broadcast processor (AGC, multiband compression, limiter, clipper) for a polished on-air sound *Deep analytics on exactly what aired and when
